Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

No Refunds After Download

Digital files cannot be “returned,” and we cannot verify whether a file has been used, copied, or stored after download. For this reason, refunds will not be issued once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or defective and cannot be opened or used as intended.

• The incorrect file was delivered due to an error on our part.

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing a corrected or replacement file before considering a refund.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• Ensure the digital product is compatible with their software, device, or intended use.

Unauthorized Refunds

Chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable digital products may result in loss of access to purchased content and future services.
